Fabuwallous Solutions, LLC is an award winning, locally owned Santa Fe based General Contracting company that provides full construction services (including Historic Restoration / Remodeling and Remediation Repairs) for both commercial and residential projects. Dedicated to over 48 years of a broad range of experiences in the construction industry and business, Fabuwallous Solutions, LLC has built its reputation on profound client communication, professionalism, transparency, excellence in craftsmanship, and inventive problem-solving solutions to seemingly impossible situations.

BILL DEUSCHLE

Bill Deuschle, managing member and founder of Fabuwallous Solutions, LLC and Trustee for the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association (SFAHBA) Remodeler’s Council, returned to his native state of New Mexico after 40 years.

Previously, Bill operated a specialty sub-contracting and construction company in Colorado, specializing in custom homes, commercial properties, restoration work, and ultimately, energy related industrial projects within a four state region.

In the mid 80’s bill relocated to Connecticut where he served as a senior project manager for a large, well-known historic restoration firm; responsible for the Mark Twain House, the Harriet Beecher Stowe House, several significant historical churches and municipal buildings around the state, a few large projects for the University of Connecticut, and numerous projects listed on the nation’s Historic Register of Historic Places.

Bill initially formed Fabuwallous Solutions, LLC, principally as a specialty company to distribute, apply and provide applicator certifications for Akrostucco, a synthetic Venetian plaster system imported from Italy, and secondarily as a licensed Building Contractor.

However, following an extensive and the total remodel/restoration of a historic property here in Santa Fe, Bill’s natural instincts blossomed for all the required building parameters (construction, restoration, remodeling, and remediation). The project’s overall experience was an epiphany for Bill to once again embrace the building industry as a full service building contractor.
