Bill Deuschle, managing member and founder of Fabu-WALL-ous Solutions, LLC and Trustee for the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association (SFAHBA) Remodeler’s Council, returned to his native state of New Mexico after 40 years.

Previously, Bill operated a specialty sub-contracting and construction company in Colorado, specializing in custom homes, commercial properties, restoration work, and ultimately, energy related industrial projects within a four state region.  In the mid 80’s bill relocated to Connecticut where he served as a senior project manager for a large, well-known historic restoration firm; responsible for the Mark Twain House, the Harriet Beecher Stowe House, several significant historical churches and municipal buildings around the state, a few large projects for the University of Connecticut, and numerous projects listed on the nation’s Historic Register of Historic Places.

Bill initially formed Fabu-WALL-ous Solutions, LLC, principally as a specialty company to distribute, apply and provide applicator certifications for Akrostucco, a synthetic Venetian plaster system  imported from Italy, and secondarily as a licensed Building Contractor.  However, following an extensive and the total remodel/restoration of a historic property here in Santa Fe, Bill’s natural instincts blossomed for all the required building parameters   (construction, restoration, remodeling, and remediation).  The project’s overall experience was an epiphany for Bill to once again embrace the building industry as a full service building contractor.

A previous employee & colleague and long time friend of Bill Deuschle, Chuck became a Managing Member and partner in Fabu-WALL-ous Solutions, LLC , as well as member of the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association (SFAHBA) Green Builders Committee, following his move to Santa Fe in 2007.

Chuck entered construction at a young age, initially joining a Colorado excavation company.  He went on to develop skills in multiple facets of the construction industry including painting, drywall and plaster, carpentry , tiling, and several different faux finish systems.  Prior to joining Fabu-WALL-ous Solutions, LLC, Chuck served as a Site Supervisor for a large, well-known historic restoration contractor on the east coast; responsible for all phases of numerous high level construction jobs.  One such project, Chuck was directly responsible for completing the Gillette Castle State Park in East Haddam, Connecticut that entailed a major masonry restoration of a uniquely constructed stone castle along the banks of the Connecticut River.  Other projects ranged from code updates to several schools and municipal buildings, as well as prestigious museums and historic barns.

Together with Bill, Chuck infuses his magical skills and expertise to Fabu-Wall-ous Solution’s projects as well as helps ensure the attention to details and quality craftmanship expected by each valued client as well as Fabu-WALL-ous Solutions, LLC.
